Not sure how to sit down with your daughter and have 'the talk'? Mothers and daughters are invited to attend this class together in an atmosphere of love and learning to discuss the important topic of growing up and becoming a woman.

This class covers information girls need to understand their growing bodies and establish a foundation for continued communication between mothers and daughters. Topics include:

* Your changing body

* The female and male reproductive system

* Preparation for motherhood-the onset of ovulation and menstrual cycles

* The wonder of human life and the case for abstinence
