Anyone who has experienced the untimely death of a child under any circumstances is invited to the annual Diocesan Respect Life Commemoration Mass of the Holy Innocents. The Mass will be offered at St. Francis Parish (2650 Parish View, Colorado) on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 9:00 am. Participants will have the opportunity to light a candle to commemorate a lost child. The Feast of the Holy Innocents, celebrated on December 28, honors the boys under the age of two who were murdered by King Herod, and has been celebrated in the West since the fifth century.
