This class covers information girls need to understand their growing bodies and establish a foundation for continued communication between mothers and daughters. Topics include:

* Your changing body

* The female and male reproductive system

* Preparation for motherhood-the onset of ovulation and menstrual cycles

* The wonder of human life and the case for abstinence
