Sept. 14 Mass will commemorate aborted children

COLORADO SPRINGS. The Diocese of Colorado Springs Respect Life Apostolate and Project Rachel ministry will host the National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children on Sept. 14 at Divine Redeemer Parish. The day will begin with veneration of a relic of the Holy Cross at 8:30 a.m. Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m., followed by a prayer at the Memorial Garden for aborted children located outside the church. The day will conclude with coffee and doughnuts, exhibits and a speaker in the parish hall. For more information, contact Rhonda Miller at 719-203-8112 or rmiller@diocs.org.
